Manager, Health Promotion
Dylan is the Manager, Health Promotion for the Magna Wellness Team. He received a Specialized Honors Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology & Health Science at York University, as well as a Master of Science in Health and Aging from Western University. He takes a functional approach to lifestyle management and believes that with the proper support and determination, a healthy and physically active lifestyle is always within reach. In his spare time, Dylan enjoys training for adventure races, camping, playing hockey, and competing in everything along the way.

Hailey Kaufmann
Health Promotion Coordinator
Hailey is a Health Promotion Coordinator who completed a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology at Wilfrid Laurier University and Masters in Fitness Science at York University. Hailey went on to work in cardiovascular rehabilitation clinics in both Toronto and Vaughan. Through guiding patients with physical rehabilitation programs, Hailey recognized the importance of a complementary nutrition plan to help patients feel their best from the inside out. Hailey went back to school to become a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and she now educates on both fitness and nutrition. Her years of education have led her to adopt a well-rounded approach to chronic disease management and recovery. Hailey's favourite hobbies include baking, Peloton workouts, and nature walks with her rescue dog Rudy.

Shelby Hill
Health Promotion Coordinator
Shelby is a Health Promotion Coordinator who completed a Bachelor of Physical Education from Brock University and received a Post Graduate Certificate in Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion from Centennial College. Shelby has spent much of her career in the functional fitness space teaching strength and conditioning to varying populations. She is passionate about the connection between fitness and mental health and urges everyone to get/stay active daily. In her spare time, Shelby likes to stay active by working out with friends, golfing, skiing and hanging out with her dog Bosley.

Lauren Sibbald
Health Promotion Coordinator
Lauren is a Health Promotion Coordinator at Magna. She completed a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion at George Brown College, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology at York University. Lauren has worked in both fitness and clinical settings, where she most enjoyed coaching people through small and attainable ways to live a healthy active lifestyle. She is passionate about helping people identify and overcome barriers to their health and well-being. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys walking her dog Hutch, listening to audiobooks, and trying new sports!

Cynthia is a Health Promotion Coordinator at Magna. She received a Specialized Honors Bachelor of Science Degree in Global Health, Disease Prevention & Health Promotion at York University. Having experienced different cultures, Cynthia gained a passion for understanding the impact of social determinants on health outcomes. She is dedicated to promoting health through health education and empowering individuals to make informed choices. In her spare time, Cynthia likes to read, spend time with family and friends, play soccer, and go for hikes.

Health Promotion Coordinator
Summer is a Health Promotion Coordinator who completed an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences at McMaster University. Summer has spent her career supporting student health through running campus-wide initiatives. Most of her work has focused on mental and emotional health, and the vital role that physical health plays in maintaining positive wellbeing overall. She is enthusiastic about empowering others with the health knowledge needed to make choices that are right for their preferred lifestyle. In her free time, she loves writing, drawing, playing music, and spending time outside.
